We allow your space and your design preferences to drive the project. We take your location, architecture, lifestyle, and needs into consideration when designing your space.

Every client and every project is different. You are welcome to be as involved as you would like in the overall design process. 

We ask our clients to bring inspiration images of anything they like or would like to see in their space to our Discovery Meeting. These can be pulled from Pinterest, magazines, etc. We'll use these inspirations to help craft your custom design.

We begin the design process with an introductory telephone conversation to get to know each other and understand your project, your timeframe, and your budget.

While we do not create multiple designs for one room or space, we typically provide you with two or three variations of several of the design components allowing you to select your favorites.

Panageries mainly handles full-service new construction or renovation projects. We also take on partial or full-home decorating projects and smaller remodeling projects, such as kitchens or bathrooms, though all inquiries are considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure they align with our expertise and availability. 

There are many variables that determine the scope and ultimately the cost of a project. Each project begins with a telephone call to help us learn more about your goals, needs and dreams. This will enable us to determine a reasonable budget before any work begins. We monitor your investment and stay in communication with you throughout the design journey so there are no surprises.

Just like the budget, there are many variables that determine the timeline for each project. During our initial telephone call, we will learn more about your project and discuss the scope of work required to help us determine an estimated timeline for completion. We work closely with you, our building partners and vendors throughout the process to keep everything running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Absolutely! We’ve worked with countless architects over our many years in design and love and prefer working with these talented colleagues for the best results. If we’ve never worked with your architect before, we welcome the opportunity. 

We certainly will. We have an extensive cache of talented general contractors, sub-contractors and artisans we ready to work on your project. We can make recommendations for any tradesmen your project requires and are happy to manage them as needed.

We are big proponents of communication here at Panageries. We communicate with you on a regular basis and are in constant communication with everyone involved in bringing your design dreams to life. We know what is transpiring on your project at all times. Some clients choose to be out of the loop, preferring we handle everything for them, while others want to be hands-on throughout the entire process. Others land somewhere between these two ends of the spectrum, and we’re happy to adjust to suit your individual needs and desires.

That is a great question. We track your furniture order from the time the order is placed until it arrives at our warehouse. From there, our warehouse manager carefully inspects every inch of your piece for perfection. It is then wrapped and safely stored until installation day.
